Studley Camera Club Founded 1961 Affiliated to the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain through the Midland Counties Photographic Federation.

The Studley Camera Club is one of the oldest clubs in the area, being established in 1961 at Needle Industries in Studley.

The club actively welcomes new members, beginners as well as the more experienced. The membership shows a good cross section of male and female, young and not so young, beginner and expert. We have a reputation for being a friendly and social crowd.

The club meets weekly from September to May and offers a varied programme of lectures and competitions.

The lectures are often given by distinguished experts and cover many topics and aspects of technique. The competitions provide friendly rivalry and incentive at various levels, providing opportunity to see and enjoy each others work.

Members are also encouraged to enter a wide variety of external competitions which can result in having work on public display.

All kinds of cameras are used, all kinds of processes are practiced, from black and white to colour and digital imaging. Colour work may be trade processed.
